Network presentation at the Committee of European Affairs
Today, 24 September 2008, the Committee of European Affairs of the Landtag Schleswig-Holstein (state parliament) came together in Kiel, Germany. The eHealth for Regions partner Thorsten Beck (AOK Schleswig-Holstein, Statutory Health Insurance, Germany) attended this public session to present the network.
The politicians wanted to inform themselves of the development of cross-border health care and eHealth in the Baltic Sea Region. Thorsten Beck as member of the Executive Steering Committee of the eHealth for Regions network gave an overview of the recent activities of the network and the future pilot of the breast health.
